Client is an edtech startup, that offers exclusive courses to students of all classes. It provides a comprehensive and well-structured set of video lectures for students. It covers all the topics in an academic year and helps students prepare for them and score higher marks.
Client have an interesting approach towards teaching, as it focuses more on conceptual understanding rather than trial and error methods to score high. It also has embedded test paper modules for constant testing. It provides you an in-depth analysis of students’ performance. It offers a holistic improvement of students with regard to education.
Client offers interactive e-learning courses for students, which enables students to find an illustrative solution for each and every query in an interesting and interactive manner.
As the number of students taking classes increased, it would difficult for the app to send the performance report of every student to their parents. Parents mainly wanted to get a detailed report on how and which section of the video their child accesses and attempt a test.
But, the client didn’t want to provide face-to-face support for parents on students’ performance as this needed increasing their manpower. Also, they didn’t want burdening parents to visit institute every time to get the performance report of their child. Overall, the client wanted to build a connected learning system, where parents were also needed to be a part of that.
After a comprehensive discussion with client, the subject matter experts (E-learning experts) at aTeam developed a strategy that was intended to build a connected learning system as well as to enhance the business popularity and performance.
aTeam brought an innovative strategy to create a user-friendly interface, synchronize parents’ app with student’s app and to sensibly manage data on the server. In addition, aTeam suggested client to add help desk and refer a friend feature to make app comprehensive and to promote it effectively.
